Belva M. Rucker, age 81, of Canton died Monday morning in Manor Care Nursing Home after an extended illness. Born in Lima, OH she had resided here since 1958. Belva was a registered nurse retiring from the House of Loretto in 1986. Belva was a long time faithful member of Christ Presbyterian Church where she had served as a Elder and Deacon was was active with Presbyterian Women. In addition to her parents: Irvin and Bessie (Walker) Boose she was preceded in death by a briother Charles Boose. Survivors include her loving husband of 56 years, Robert P. Rucker of the residence. Daughter: Mrs. Harry (Mary) Westerman of Canton. Four sons: Michael (Dana) Rucker of Homestead, PA, David (Denise) Rucktaschel of Uniontown, OH, Andrew (Amy) Rucker and William Rucker both of Canton. Ten grandchildren and 3 Great grandchildren. Two sisters: Mrs. Ferrell (Gladys) Campbell of Cridersville, OH and Norma Gaberdiel of Lima, OH. Brother: Robert Boose of Haskins, OH also survives. Funeral service will be Friday 2:30 P.M. in Christ Presbyterian Church with Rev. Wendy Bausman officiating. Interment will be in North Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday from 5 to 8 P.M. in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 710 Tuscarawas St., W.
