Barbara Jeannette Singer, age 87, of Canton, passed away Monday, February 14, 2011 in Aultman Hospital following a short illness. Barbara was born on December 14, 1923 in Canton to the late Milton F. and Mable (Guthanecht) Baltzly. She graduated from McKinley High School and loved working in her gardens. Preceded in death by her husband Robert C. Singer in 1989 and by her son Michael Singer in 1968. Survived by two sons and daughters-in-law Robert and Nancy Singer of Denver, CO, Daniel and Terry Ann Singer of Canton. Five grandchildren, Robert (Mara) Singer of Longmont, CO, Daniel (Jill) Singer of Canton and Keely (Domenico) Serri of Canton, Carissa Davis of Canton and Jennifer (Jeffery) Smith of Canton. Nine great-grandchildren, Madeline, Carson, Braeden, Bella, Elaina, Phoenix, Domenico, Madison and Stevie. Brother, Pete (Peg) Baltzly of Massillon.
