Augustus Martin, age 72, of Canton, died Friday afternoon in Aultman Hospital. Born in Marietta, OH he had been a resident here sine 1970. A Navy Veteran, he was a retired electrician having worked at the Hoover Co. In addition to his parents Robert and Lulu (Rucker) Martin he was preceded in death by a sister: Annabelle Waggoner and a brother: Dale Martin. Survivors include his wife: Eleanor Martin of the residence and two sisters: Louise Peters and Lucille Rohrbaugh. Calling hours will be on Tuesday from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 4817 Cleveland Ave., N.W. with interment to follow in North Lawn Cemetery.
