Arline M. Treisch, age 96, of Canton, passed peacefully on December 11th following a short illness. She was born in Canton on August 6, 1915 and graduated from McKinley High School. Following graduation Arline was employed at the Hoover Company for several years before her marriage to Victor E. Treisch February 8, 1936. She was widowed in 1991. Arline is survived by her loving children, Sally Treisch (Alec) Mylan and Tim G (Carolyn) Treisch, four grandchildren: Stephanie Mylan Chuirazzi, Stacey Mylan Watt, Jennifer Treisch Tilly and Justin M Treisch and four great grandsons: Stephen, Andrew and Mark Chuirazzi and Jorden Watt, many nieces and nephews also survive. Preceded in death by four siblings; Ruth Frank Jones, Paul M Frank, Betty Frank James and June Frank Svik. Arline was a lifelong member of Westbrook Park United Methodist Church where she served faithfully as church school teacher and a Meals on Wheels volunteer for many years. Funeral service will be Friday, December 16, 2011 at 11 a.m. in Westbrook Park United Methodist Church with Rev. John C. Mather officiating. Interment in Forest Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church one hour before the service.
