Arlene Miller, age 86, of Uniontown, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday morning April 26, 2018 with family by her side. She was born in at her parents home on Lake Center Street, Ohio on July 10, 1931 to the late John and Mary (Overholt) King. She was a licensed nurse and worked at Akron City Hospital. Arlene loved gardening and beautified the area with her flower beds. She dearly loved and served her family, children, and grandchildren. She was a long-time member of Bethany Mennonite Church.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Richard; children Dianne (David) Yoder of Montezuma, GA, Craig (Donita) Miller of Uniontown, and Jon Eric (Wendy) Miller of Baton Rouge, LA; grandchildren Neil, Evan and Anne Yoder, Annette, Bryce, Nicole and Danielle Miller, Seth Miller; brothers Glenn King, Leon (Ellen) King; and brother-in-law Fred Mick. She was preceded in death by sister Leona Mick, and sister-in-law Sara King.

Calling hours are Tuesday, May 1, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Bethany Mennonite Church. Funeral services are Wednesday, May 2, at 10 am at Bethany Mennonite Church with Pastor Dave Slabaugh officiating. Final resting place is Walnut Grove Cemetery.
