Anna Hershberger

Anna Hershberger, age 87, of Hartville, went home to be with the Lord on April 21, 2026. She was born in Hartville as one of 6 to the late Levi and Ellen (Byler) Mast and attended Hartville School. Anna was known for her hard work and caring for her family both young and old. Anna spent time cleaning houses around the Harville area and also spent over 30 years at the Hartville Kitchen. Anna was a faithful member of Evermore Community Church for almost 50 years.

Anna is preceded in death by her husband, Elmer “Pete” Jr. in 1977, brothers Amos Mast and Wayne Mast.

She is survived by her children Galen Hershberger, Wanda (Richard) Miller, and Gary Hershberger; grandchildren Katelynn Linerode, Russell Linerode, Josh Hershberger, and Olivia Hershberger; siblings Esther Costello, Earl (Becky) Mast, and Debbie (Marvin) Yoder; sister in law Betty Mast; several nieces, nephews

Calling hours will be Thursday, April 23 from 5-7PM at Evermore Community Church and Friday from 10-11AM. Funeral services will be at 11AM in the church with Pastor Butch Nisly officiating. Final resting place is the church cemetery.
