ANGELINE (ANN) C. ARMOUR 1920 – 2016, age 95, passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at the Canton Christian Home where she resided for approximately 8 years. Born November 12, 1920, to the late Foster and Sue Crawford, she was a lifelong resident of North Canton, Ohio. Ann graduated from North Canton High School and Hiram College. She married the love of her life George R. Armour on July 15, 1942. Ann and George owned and operated George-Ann's Ladies Specialty Shops at various area locations. Ann was an avid golfer, enjoyed boating with family and friends on Lake Erie, long-time member of Oakwood Country Club, and a faithful, active member of Community Christian Church. Preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 67 years, George Armour; son, William Armour; daughter, Susan Armour; daughter-in-law Connie (John) Armour. Survived by her son, John (Vicki) Armour; daughter-in-law Beth (Mark) Hanlon; grandsons, Andrew Armour, Billy Mohler, Jimmy Mohler; and granddaughters Evanne Armour and Molly Hanlon. Per Ann's wishes, cremation will take place and no services are planned. Memorial donations may be made to Wounded Warriors Project.
