Albert S. Totten, age 89, died Thursday, July 5, 2018. He was the son of Albert S. Totten, Sr. and Edith Wood Totten. He was born October 6, 1928 in Canton and graduated from Timken Vocational High School, served two years in the Marine Corp, attended Kent State University and graduated from William McKinley School of Law.

He was a corporation lawyer for E. W. Bliss Company for seven years and retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in 1993 after 23 years of service in the Goodyear Law Department.

He was a member of the Stark County, Summit County, Ohio State and American Bar Associations, the Delta Theta Phi Legal Fraternity, the Stark County and Carroll County Genealogical Societies, the Wilderness Center, Friends of Stark County Library and Woodcarvers of America.

He is survived by his wife Caroline; sons, Christopher (Lynn) Totten of Ohio; Michael A. Totten of California; daughter, Laura (Ron) Totten-Cabe of North Carolina; grandson, Maxx Totten; sister, Jane (Bernard) Paumier of Ohio.
