Ada Rena Johnston nee Yates, age 93, went to heaven on Monday Feb. 23 at Rose Lane Health Center. She was born June 8, 1915 in Montreal Canada to Harold and Ada Yates. She lived in Bradenton Florida for 20 years and was a member of the Salvation Army there which she loved very much. She moved back to Ohio in 2002 to be with family. She was a member of Canton Baptist Temple. She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Johnston in 1993, her son-in-law Kenneth Scheetz in 2001 and her son Allen Johnston in 1954. Survivors include her daughter Laraine Scheetz of Massillon, her son Peter Johnston and his wife Vesi Johnston of Suva Fiji. Also surviving are granddaughters Jennifer Bradford and her husband Anthony Bradford of Massillon and Ranadi Johnston- Bible and Jon Bible of London England; great-granddaughters Ashleigh Bradford, Madison Bradford and Ilona Bible.
