Aaron K. Olis, age 52, of Alliance, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday December 18, 2016. He was born in Akron on January 24, 1964 and graduated in 1982 from Marlington High School. Aaron had worked for Arconic (formerly B & C Research/ Alcoa) for 28 years. He loved the beach, music, computers, volleyball, and especially his family.

He is survived by his wife Jan, they met in 1981 and have been inseparable for 35 years; daughters Brittnee, Tara and Alicia; father Edwin; brothers Matthew, Shawn (Theresa Blake); mother-in-law Barbara Maloy; sisters-in-law Gina (John) Miller, Jill (Joe) Lancaster; other in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends. Preceded in death by his mother Shirley in 2011.

Calling hours are Tuesday 4-7 PM, Dec27th, at Arnold Funeral Home Hartville. Funeral services are Wednesday 11 AM, Dec 28th, at North Industry Christian Church, 425-45th St., SW, Canton with Pastors Steve Kimbrel and John Miller officiating. Calling hours are Wednesday 10-11 in the church building prior to services. Memorial contributions may be made to the church or to the Stark County Humane Society.
