Joanna Lee Kerns

Joanna Lee (Domer) Kerns, age 70, of Alliance, Ohio passed away Sunday, November 3, 2019. She was born in Canton, Ohio on October 9, 1949 to Duane and Norene (Cherry) Domer. She is a proud graduate of Marlington High School and was a paraprofessional for many years at the Alliance City Schools. She loved working with children and helping in anyway she could. She loved to travel especially the time she spent living in Alaska! She loved anything that had to do with all of her grandkids, spending time thrifting, and reading especially her bible! She loved all things purple, flamingos and anything Christmas. For many years her life was music. From dance classes to singing solos in church. Joanna adored and was adored by her family, church family, and faithfully attended Hartville Church of Christ. 

She is survived by her 4 children Jocelyn Graham, Shawndra Rowe, Javan (Kari) Rowe, Cheyenne (Kevin) Hall; 3 brothers Doug (Lynn) Domer, Mitch (Lisa) Domer, Todd (Karen) Domer; 8 grandchildren Dustin (Holly), Curtis (Kendra), Cody, Tabitha, Isaiah, Eden, Kadince, and Payson; 4 great grandchildren Xavier, Aiden, Athena, and Makenzie; and bunches of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Joanna is proceeded in death by her mother Norene and father Duane.

Calling hours will be Saturday, November 9, at the Hartville Church of Christ, 460 East Maple Street, from 10 - 11 AM, funeral services will follow at 11 AM with Pastor Craig Ressler officiating. Burial to follow at Mt. Peace Cemetery in Hartville.
